what is mysql_autocommit() and how to use it

This is going to be an interesting function for every mysql developer .mysql_autocommit() by default is on and if we want to autocommit mode off , we just set its value as ‘0’.

mysql_autocommit(mysql, 0); shows that it is off an it cannot auto update the database for the statements like insert , delete and updata and mysql_autocommit(mysql, 1); shows that is on and when any update or insert or delete statement occurs , it auto updates the data.
